Jamelah Thomas started LCP in May of 2008; she debuted with her first book Blood Brothers, which she released independently.

A young black woman born and raised on the South Side of Chicago while incarcerated she decided to finish her novel Blood Brothers then began to write Lil Bro.
Later that year she decided to start her life story Exposed.

A story based on her life in the streets of Chicago. She is currently residing in Chicago pursuing her dreams at making LCP one of the biggest African American Publishing companies in Chicago.

LCP publishes urban street novels based on real life stories. You have to be capable of bringing your urban tales to life, to articulate and develop a novel that our readers can relate to from beginning to the end.

What we bring to the table is stories based on Love, Life, Sex, Drugs and Money, and let's not forget we also publish Christian stories as well.
